Packaging
Inside: wraped with the protective film;
Middle: packed with vacuum bubble;
Outside: cartons or wooden boxes
1. Domestic transport packaging:
For short distance domestic delivery, using stable carton packaging.
2. International transport packaging:
Except delivery of sample with stable carton packaging, all products are packed in wooden boxes, to ensure the safety of the products in transportation.
Delivery Shipping times for our products vary depending on the destination:
- To America: 3 days by air, 12-18 days by sea.
- To Europe: 3 days by air, 22-28 days by sea.
- To Africa: 3 days by air, 32-38 days by sea.

Aftersales: Every product from Bobang company is accompanied by a hologram register label. This label contains the date of production. If any quality issues arise during the guarantee period, Bobang will take full responsibility. We offer free fabrication and replacement of products. If the customer prefers to handle the issue themselves, our company will cover all associated costs, up to a maximum of twice the value of the replaced products.
